At LandLyze, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription plans (Mini and Pro).
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment to either the Mini or Pro plan. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
To request a refund under the guarantee, please contact our support team at support@landlyze.com or via our Support Page within the 14-day period. Please provide your account email address and the reason for your request.
This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a paid plan and does not apply to subsequent renewals or upgrades/downgrades between plans.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your Mini or Pro plan will automatically renew for the next billing period (e.g., monthly or annually).
Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services if you decide to cancel after your subscription has renewed.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of that cycle, after which your account will revert to the Free tier (or be closed, if you choose).
We may consider refunds outside the 14-day guarantee period on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as proven technical errors preventing you from using the service, or as required by applicable law. Such refunds are at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The Free tier does not involve any payments and therefore is not subject to this Refund Policy.
